  • Industrial Envy's Reupholstery and Customer Service Don't Measure Up!



    I hired Industrial Envy LLC, to reupholster an old settee and paid in full on delivery. But when I had the chance to look more closely at their work, I found visible globs of glue, inconsistent seaming, poorly applied welting, puckered corners, and visibly frayed fabric (among other things). I took the settee to a local professional upholsterer in hopes he could fix the problems. After examining it, he wrote in an email to me that, in his opinion, the upholstery job was %u201Cthe worst I have seen in 19 years of doing upholstery work.%u201D I am paying him roughly $1,200 to redo it....
